I've been getting a "Sorry, Your Request Cannot be Completed (Error 502)" message every time I've tried to access my shopping cart in the iTunes Music Store over the past 2 weeks. Running iTunes 6.0.3. All feedback appreciated. Hoping to regain shopping cart accessibility without losing the contents; had about 75 songs in my cart. Thanks very much.

Have you tried updating to iTunes 6.0.4?

Just did so, and (error 502) problem persists.
Could there be a cookie or preference file that got corrupted locally on my machine? I can still add songs to the cart, and it warns me if I try to add a song already in the cart, but I cannot actually *view* the contents of the cart in iTunes. It's maddening, and the prospect of losing the contents is not a happy one. Thanks ... |

Sounds like this has occurred in the past.
http://www.macintouch.com/itunes_store03.html If you search for 502, there's some comments on things people tried. Maybe one of those will work for you? |

Tried the Apple ID and all appeared well there. Still no access to my shopping cart; just tries to access it for about 10 seconds and then hits me with the (error 502) message.
Bumping this back up for additional feedback. Thanks. |
